The Body@Work online program is a solution for every individual who realizes that they alone are responsible for their own health and well-being and don't have the extra time for physical activity.
The PBS team (authors of the Body@Work content) has prepared a 13-week exercise program for the workplace or home. It's aimed towards relaxing, stretching and strengthening specific regions of human body.
They also took care of the motivational part. They bring you one step closer to long-term changes in your habits, that primarily led to your current physical state. The program includes more than 60 videos and audio content, and a written explanation for each exercise. They also offer support.
The program helps people to achieve better well-being, reduction of pain, excellent awareness of their body, increased concentration, greater self-confidence, persistent optimism, and better motivation. Be it at work and/or at home.
